"A wonderful 2-night getaway birthday weekend! Everything was first rate: friendly staff, the warmest of welcomes, Great spa treatments, excellent pool, sauna and steam bath, clean and comfortable room, and excellent meals! Gorgeous location right on Loch Fyne, and superb weather. Couldn't have been better!"

"Very welcoming staff, nice clean and spacious room, with beautiful sea view. Lots of choices for breakfast and a generous sausage for our dog. We would advise taking ear plugs because the village church, which is nearby, charms every 15 minutes through out the night!! Very quiet otherwise. "

"We booked this hotel at the last minute rather than going into Glasgow. It's unique. Hard to describe really. Our apartment not only had a kitchen and three bathrooms, but also a fully functioning sauna. the rugs were a bit dingy but overall it was amazing. the staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. We only ate at the restaurant once for a Caesar salad, and I might skip that. the grounds are stunning as you can see in the photos. A couple things you might want to know. It is VERY...

"Lovely seaside location with great views towards Aran. Our room was large with a great big comfortable bed and a fab bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower over it. The bar and restaurant are also lovely with good selection of food for dinner and breakfast, both of which we enjoyed.."

"The house itself is lovely, the room was very comfortable, the beds were heavenly, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were accommodating when we had some delays checking in and out. The shower was the only downside--it was very hard to get the water to turn on and the water pressure was weak."

"I only spent one night here but I thought the the hotel was very good. The room was spacious and very comfortable, couldn’t get the TV to work but that could be me. The evening meal was good and served well. One note to let it down, the surly staff member at breakfast is no help to your business."
