"Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. I couldn't help her exit this type of door. The entry door on the side, is...

"We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Thaxter! The location was perfect for walking around Portsmouth, plenty of local shops and restaurants around. The staff was very helpful and provided some great recommendations. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again if we travel to Portsmouth. "

"Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again."
