"The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable and well-maintained, so we slept well. However, there were some pieces of broken furniture that should be checked. The staff seemed very tired and a bit hard to understand, which made interactions difficult. On a positive note, the pool was amazing—nice and warm! Overall, there were good aspects, but some improvements are definitely needed."

"This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a...

"The property is well located, clean & beach is just across the building.lobby is very nice.But it’s expensive, resort fee $50.00 & $ 50.00 parking . The price is like a 5 star hotel price .But there’s parking on the side that charges only$30.00/ day."

"Everything from hotel staff, to amenities to location was phenomenal.
My husband and I celebrated my birthday weekend here and it was a beautiful and relaxing weekend.
The building is split between the hotel and residences. The floor for all hotel amenities and rooms is the 4th floor. Here is where the indoor bar, lounge, and outdoor pool and bar area is located.
The hotel is kept very clean with lots of attentive staff!
