"We had a great stay at the Newport Harbour Island Resort. It’s a great location close to everything but fabulous ocean and bridge view. The outside decks, seating and pool and bar areas were terrific. Lots of room to relax on grass and plenty if nice chairs along the water front to sit and relax in. I booked this hotel especially for the shuttle it made it easy to get into downtown Newport you didn't have to worry about finding parking, time constraints, or paying for parking. "Francis Malbone House is an oasis in the hubbub of downtown Newport. All the wharves are easily walkable. It was less than 15 minutes to walk to the Elms. On site parking is a huge bonus. Daily breakfast is always delicious. But the best thing about this inn is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. "
