"We checking in 4 girls girls btw, they watched us carry our bags to the desk. We had to ask for a cart. Beautiful lobby and bar. The rooms need a modern update as well as the bathroom. I’d stay here again though. We used the shitto attend a concert at the Little Caesars Arena."

"From the moment I checked in I was greeted with an attitude of indifference boarding annoyance, from that moment on I couldn’t help but notice how poorly run and maintained this facility is.
MGM and, or Marriott ought to drop this facility from their portfolio and leave it to the same dogs that took this once proud city from 3.89 million residents down to 680,000 residents in a matter of twenty years.

"Restaurant, park, housekeeping staff was great. Room was nice. Front desk, poor. I needed to leave early, tried to check out 2 hours after checkout. ZERO refund. ZERO openness to a conversation, I witnessed equally unhelpful impolite behavior with the 2 guests in front of me. This woman just had to be right and have it her way. Because I paid directly to the hotel and not Expedia, nothing they could do… note to others. Nice enough place, but the front desk experience sealed it for me. ...
