"We had to move from 2 rooms First room was damp and smelt musty and had a definite water issue Then had to move from the second room of our nine nights stay because of flooding issues in the bathroom from the above apartment The hotel charge for parking at a very exuberant rate of 60 dollars per night The restaurant was very nice and our waiter Francisco made our stay very enjoyable with his gracious personality The hotel on the whole was very nice but I don’t think I would return"

"Property is perfectly situated on Riverwalk. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Breakfast is restaurant was excellent and staff are all very friendly and helpful."

"The River View was excellent and we enjoyed the balcony. We were not told that we shared a balcony with 3 other rooms though. The bed was rather lunpy and hard. I told the front desk at checkout and she didn’t respond. We will be back if we are in San Antonio"

"Great location, hotel has some nicely renovated rooms and common areas. But it appears the attention to detail during the renovation was not a high priority. Simple misses, but several: Sink faucets positioned too far back of the basin making it difficult the wash your hands; the mirror in the bathroom (with 2 sinks) is not wide enough while using the sink to see yourself, without leaning in to the left or right; room amenities- only 1 tiny waste basket for a full size suite; 0 luggage stands, 0 hooks and 0 towel racks in the bathroom (towels on the floor). Also a bit of a hard pushy sale to upgrade to a suite."
