You are right next to stores, 3 min walk to train station and 5 min. walk to old town. Staff were nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English, or tolerated my broken Polish. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great everyday. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Gdansk. We will be...

"Hotel is modern and new, in a very good location, just 5 minute walk from old town, and many restaurants. Rooms are spacious and fresh. Friendly staff. Our room was quite warm even though we adjusted the air conditioning. Each room has a kettle, which is always nice. I should have requested more pillows as the bed was comfortable to sleep in but not so much to sit an watch TV. The pool is really nice, clean and big enough to have a swim. I would stay again. "

"Hotel OK, but it's not a 4* hotel. I would rate it as a standard 3*, form room and breakfast point of view. Contact with reception very poor. I was trying to call them to open the garage but nobody was picking up. When i said that I was trying to call them couple of times to let me in the garage (additonal payment) i got answer that they did not have time to answer the call... Well..."

"The pool does not operate on a walk-in system and requires booking ahead slot which was not convenient. Even with booking slots in, the pool was incredibly busy even with both adults and children (lots of them) in the main pool which made trying to swim or using the jacuzzi impossible - which gave me a 3 star, as it was not worth paying money to use (as I had booked a room without free spa access) I also used the massage services as there was a promotional offer which was of good...

"Great stay, fantastic service from all the staff and the breakfast was lovely. There is a fresh water dispenser on each floor for guests and the room was quiet and was equipped. We would without doubt stay here again"
