"As always , well presented and staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Room excellent value, clean and modern. Only slightly on the negative was one of the towels had a smudge of make up on it, hinting not clean or didn’t wash well. Best hotel in the region for sure"

"If ur a non smoker with family this is not the place for you, next door was drinking & smoking so we couldnt use the balcony because they allow smoking & it fuggen reeks.
View & location amazing, apartments layout is nice but its old & well used & definitely needs a deep clean or full reno, its nice its just a shame about the smokers & drinkers, should be a smoke free zone or go smoke in the car park away from people."

"We had a wonderful stay and found the room spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The views over the beautiful gardens were lovely, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the large bath was a real highlight.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. The car parking spaces were a little narrow, and while the furnishings were of good quality, some of the laminate finishes looked slightly less premium than expected for an expensive hotel room. We would also have appreciated USB...
