"Everything about the View was great. The rooms were as described, amazing views, the restaurant delivered quality food at great prices and staff were friendly and helpful. My only negatives would that the breakfast buffet wasn’t very hot, and staying above the train lines was very noisy. I wish i had known how loud and close the trains were and how much it would impact my sleep so i could have requested a room on a higher floor. Perhaps complimentary ear plugs would help but otherwise happy with...

"The buffet breakfast was fabulous and the room a great size for 4 people. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities. The only issue was the water temperature, which was rather cool for our morning showers."

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time. He is not qualified working in service business. That is why the second day and third day we don’t want to spend another dime for breakfast. "

"We were very happy with our room We were not at all happy with our room being serviced, first night turned jug on and it blew a fuse took ages to fix Never got tea bags and sugar replaced daily had to ring to ask them to do this (Six out of the ten nights) No vacuum cleaning No toilet cleaned in the Ten days we stayed 🙁 disappointing"
