"Pros: Beautiful hotel, room and facilities, built as part of a huge ex-pat development, close to Pinnacle Mall with several "western' restaurants and grocery store. Attached coffee shop was very nice and has free wifi. Cons: for most of our stay, the A/C in the hotel was not turned on. The "special rooms" do not allow the window to be opened so we had to sleep in a room that was 27-29 degrees C. For a hotel that probably serves more english speakers than anything else you would think the staff...
