"Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint, we paid for valet parking expecting they would have the valet staffed 24/7. However, that was not the case the valet came in from 8A until about 7 or 8P. Had we known that we would not have paid the extra for the valet and we were not informed of the limited hours at the time of purchase. We had to leave prior to 8A to attend classes and left after the valet left to enjoy our time in Austin."
