"We always stay at the Pfister because of its great location . A few troubles this time. The tv service in our room kept going in and out. Of course someone offered to come and fix it but at the time it wasn’t ideal (already in pajamas). There was also a dirty pillow case on the chair in our room when we first arrived . "The Hotel & Casino was very nice! Clean, friendly staff!
However, when we were told at check-in how to use our Food & Beverage Credit, it was not being excepted at the check-out when ordering and we were told to go back to the Hotel Check-In to get it fixed! At that point, we were too tired and considered it a loss."
