"This property has a private entrance to a full eat-in kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath with shower and separate double vanity/closet area. It was very clean, and while across the street from the ocean, one can hear the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There are no staff on hand, but communication with entry code were sent in advance of our stay and we had no issues finding and entering the location. "Everything was first rate, from the linens, to the bed, to the home itself, to the delicious breakfasts, to the game room in the basement, and especially the friendliness of Candy and Ken. You will not be dissapointed. They also own the "Salty Dog" fishing charter boat if that's on your agenda."

"The room was dirty. There was a previous guest dirty underwear, the bathroom mirrors weren't clean, there was stuff on the floor. I contacted the person and they sent a caretaker and her attitude was negative. The bed sheet stained. Not a clean facility."
