Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam trots begränsad kommunikationsförmåga då vi inte pratar tyska och deras engelska var begränsad. Bra parkering och möjligt att ladda elbil. Engelska menyer hade varit till stor hjälp, men det finns ju bra appar för översättning. "

Eine der Bedienungen trug einen Mullverband an der Hand und servierte mit dieser Essen, sehr unhygienisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als enttäuschend. Die Auswahl sehr gering und mit dem Nachfüllen kam der Service auch überhaupt nicht hinterher. Der Zimmerservice fand prinzipiell erst nach 15:00 Uhr statt, wenn überhaupt.
