"If you have travel issues, this is not the place to stay. Not accommodating to issues outside of my control. Airline delayed my flight 7 hours and eventually cancelled but this hotel did not care about this & charged me for the full amount. Zero compassion and terrible service."

"We loved the kiddie pool and slide. The slide wasn't open consistently, but there were lifeguards who would try to keep it open when needed. The gym was small but really nice. It had water and towels for guest use. The pool restroom wasn’t clean and didn’t have hand soap. The front desk was friendly. They had fresh baked cookies every evening. The adult pool looked really nice, overlooked the lake."
