"The staff was exceptional, great hospitality! The room had several minor issues, shower door didn’t stay closed, vanity was missing a leg, power bank on one side of the bed didn’t work, a random ballon was on the ceiling(granted we didn’t notice it one of the staff did while trying to get the power bank to work) bar and restaurant was out of multiple items."

"Very nicd hotel in downtown Richmond. Close to many good restaurants, and some fast food chains. The property si very clean and the staff is very professinal and courteous.
This was just a three-night trip, but I'd come back and stay again at the OMNI."

"I stay at this hotel quite frequently and I cannot express how clean and wonderful this facility is. The staff are at your backing call for anything you need or if it’s just for a small chat. They have a shuttle that runs from the airport that is extremely important for me and you are only about a mile from the airport. "The place was clean and spacious. The hallways reeked of pot but the room itself did not. There is theoretically one off-street parking spot, but you'll never get it. The street parking is okay. The neighborhood itself is pretty downtrodden, you aren't going to want to walk around looking for food. "The trip was good after we were settled in. But getting settled in, the property manager neglected to tell us there was an extra $350 charge that needed to be on a credit card for incidentals.
