"When I arrived at the Iberotel, I did not like much what I experienced. My room was smaller than I thought it would be, with no desk to do some work. To get to the room, I had to go through a hallway with a strong smell of cigarette smoking. In addition, the room and the hotel looking dated.
After staying there one night, my opinion changed once I got to experience more of the hotel. The hotel is well-located, near many restaurants. The breakfast spread was very good. I had a comfortable sleep...

"This hotel is atrocious. The positive reviews on Expedia are fraudulent. The entire hotel (our room included) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The towels and bedding are stained brown. The AC barely works and the WiFi is nonexistent. The food was terrible. cold, stale, and bland.
I’m a seasoned, international traveler. This hotel is much worse than an $11 hotel room in Vegas."

"We stayed in a family suite and were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made the stay much more comfortable.
The neighborhood is quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is very close to the west bank ferry pier, which made catching the ferry super convenient.
Breakfast was okay. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.
One thing to note: there's no microwave in the suite. Instead, there's a gas stove connected to a gas tank,...
