"Very welcoming staff everyone very respectful to guests. The amenities were amazing loved the 3 rd floor gym / showers loved the restaurant and seating area …. Only minor feedback is the lighting on each floor once you get off elevator is a bit dark I know it’s a design esthetic however with recent news of safety concerns in Medellin this could feel uncomfortable.. thank you "
