"Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. Thermostat was broken too. Way too much smoking taking place in the casino. "Stay was comfortable, only complaint is that housekeeping wouldn’t come to clean until later in day. One day I we were out from 9am-4:30pm and housekeeping had just gotten to the room. Another day was a similar experience where we were gone from 10am-2pm and no housekeeping. Also had to request bedding change"

"Easy, plentiful parking. Comfy, clean room. Helpful and polite staff. I was a little sad to see that the Starbucks is no longer there in the lobby/bar area. But that's not a big deal. This is a very nice hotel. Also easy to and from local roads."

"The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night.
