"The hotel was nice over all, good location and nice rooms, however only one pillow per person in the bed, with little to no neck support. On the second day I went to reception to ask if I could have an extra pillow and was told they had no spare pillows and to ask again the next day, which I did, again no spare pillows. It’s such a shame because had they either had better quality pillows in the first place, or at least a spare upon request, I wouldn’t have woken up through the night every night...

The location is very convenient — close to Wawel Castle and the Jewish district of Kazimierz, which made exploring the city easy. "Fantastic location, welcoming staff and reasonable breakfast but definitely some issues. Can’t see out of window or open them due to age of building. Room not dark enough with no blackouts. Terrible smell reported twice. Mostly though the problem was with the noise . Not sure if just our room but every morning woken by neighbours h ch old literally hear every word . As a building it is beautiful from the outside and the vibe etc was great but wasn’t a restful trip , noise and light ."
