"The views were amazing, and the hotel’s beachfront location was fantastic. The only inconvenience was a ceiling leak in our bathroom. After reporting it to the front desk, we were moved to a different room within 24 hours, which we appreciated. Our original room was also a bit dusty, and some surfaces did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. "This stay was disappointing and expected a clean room, the sliding door glass was full of swipe marks possibly by using a dirty cloth and not wiping it dry, same goes with the glass panels on the balcony railing (same situation). We had to rooms, the other only had 1 chair in the balcony while the other had 2 with a side table. Worse was the drapes, they couldn’t open or close and was told the engineer dept was going to fix it but never showed up. Breakfast buffet offering were mediocre,...

"I dont know wheather every room is in same sitiation, but MY ROOM is teribble. the room smells so bad with un-dry smell especially window (ocean) side and refrigerator box. even if i opened window and door for several hours the smell doesnt go away. other than that the hotel is basically ok. "
