"Really wanted to like this property because the front desk staff at check-in were very friendly but everything went downhill from there. The bathroom had dried blood spatter near the toilet, the shower would be amazing but is poorly planned and your arms literally hit the metal soap dish everytime you move, the parking is often full because many people park in two spots and the elevators were constantly broken with no signage. "We request our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. The pool was cold. The restaurant was really nice. Overall great atmosphere. We requested extra towels and coffee to the room which they brought. There were no towels available at the pool. Great location. Clean and cozy hotel. Overall really good."
