"The staff were pleasant and efficient. The complimentary breakfast offered scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran, milk, bagels, orange juice and coffee. I had only eggs which were good. My room was clean and well equipped. The exterior of the building does not make a good impression. The only specific observation I can make is the landscaping around the pool, which struck me as dead grass and/or bare ground. Maybe the buildings need fresh paint -- something not gray. But t I think they are architecturally obsolete."

"The parking was a nightmare. There were 3 valet Parker’s outside when I pulled up. I kept waiting for one to come talk to me. I finally got out of my car & one walked past without even greeting me. All 3 left to park cars. I waited 15 minutes for them to come back. They said valet was full & I had to park up the street. Not ideal after a long day of work & I didn’t appreciate walking by myself in that neighborhood at night. The front desk guy ( younger guy) was really nice & said the parking gate was up so it was free & if when I left, it was down, to push help button which I had to do. She said I had to go back to the front desk & get a room key made. So I backed out of the exit. Parked & walked back to the hotel. The girl at the desk was very nice & gave me another key to try. I went back & it tried to get out again but said access denied. I pressed help again & the gal was going to make me go back to the front desk again. I begged her to let me out so she called the front desk & confirmed my name & room. Finally the gate went up & I was able to leave but was very late for my appointment. They should have a notice when you book about the lack of parking during construction. The room was nice. Just a frustrating time!!"

"The first day I checked in I had placed the wrong dates on app. The front staff angel and daisy were super friendly helpful and assisted me with that issue so I can get to room. Love this place super clean as well as rooms, also food was delicious"

"It's a gorgeous facility. Didn't have time to spend in the restaurant/bar, but the entire lobby is very classy and well decorated. The room was a little small, but satisfactory with a very comfortable king-sized bed and meticulously cleaned. If there was one thing I was a little put off by it was $39/day for Valet (quite steep for Tucson) and $10/day for wi-fi. At most hotels wi-fi is now included. But all in all, I would stay here again. It's elegant."

"Lovely large & well decorated room. Comfy bed. Good cocktails in the bar. The carpark next door is now $21 per day, but the owner helped us find alternative parking. We enjoyed a meal at their restaurant, Bunny Ciao, 10 mins walk down the road."

"No messages about the water getting shut off at 10pm. Very loud traffic from the interstate. Maybe the backside of the hotel would be better....I canceled reservation i had for next week."

"There was no phone in room 150. They took out the free continental breakfast and are charging $4.75 for a 20oz soda in a vending machine. Bed was clean and soft. Erick, the gay manager was helpful. No bathtub stopper in order to take a bath. Asked about one and they didn't have one. So, don't prepare to take a bath. 😂 Only thing free is coffee in the lobby in the morning. No coffee pot in the room. A smashed cockroach was grinded in the fake tile floor by the bathroom. Other than not having a phone or a continental breakfast, book through Expedia because it'll be close to $90 if booked on site."
