"The staff were super friendly, especially the drivers and in the kitchen. However, the room i booked was mot the one i received. In addition, during the first night, the air-conditioning, fridge, safetly locker were all broken. The maintenence team kept coming in and out to fix the issue but were not able to and the etire day my family had to spend without AC. The next day the manager in charge did give us am upgrade and changed to rooms"

"The rooms are gorgeous with high-end items like Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg kettle and Dyson hairdryer. The breakfast service was super slow. There’s no outside security gate like at some of the larger hotels. I had a problem with lots of interruptions to my room (I think the guy in the room next to me was a diva and the hotel staff kept coming to my door rather than his). The staff were super helpful. "Booked for three days but left after the first night. Horrible staff that said that they dont even have listings on Expedia and that we would have to pay cash , luckily we got hold of the manager who confirmed that we indeed had a booking and that we already had paid. The major issue was the cleaniness of the room. Everything stank and there were stains on pillows, matress etc. Bathroom was also disgusting. The only positive thing was that it is located in a safe area of Islamabad that is close...
