"A warm welcome into a beautiful open and airy lobby with an atrium that has a pastry kiosk and beautiful bar and seating. The staff are outstanding, so polite, and provide great customer service. The pool are is lovely and there is a huge beach area with sunbeds. There’s great entertainment, a lovely spa area and gym and Duygu provides yoga twice a day which is excellent, outside, it’s divine. "Enjoyed our stay , staff are so nice and helpful Emin in the restaurant was lovely and so attentive ,Lily in the bar was always chatty and getting our drinks. We were there for a week and couldn't get a lounger by the pool , people out at 4am blocking beds , and beds lying all day with towels and not even used. So annoying. Lots of guests unhappy. The life guard at the pontoon was very helpful he always got us a lounger. Only problem there was lots of people smoking and vaping on...
