"The facilities are beautiful. A littke out of the way from everything in cairo. The staff barely speaks english. They almost lost my laundry, if i didnt call to inquire about it, i most probably would not have had my clothes back. I would not stay there again. The italian restaurant was not good. I ordered fried calamari and when they came i thought it was mozzarella sticks they were so thick."
