"Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Rooms were cleaned during the day and then again in the evening with a nice touch of chocolates being left on the bed for us. Very Spacious room with a very large comfy bed. The Pillows aren’t great, but there are 3 to choose from. A LOT of noise comes through the doors, but the rest of the room was soundproofed well. Awkwardly positioned hairdryer with a very short cord means you need to dry your hair with your head in a cupboard. A really great...

"Helpful and welcoming staff - shame buffet restaurant wasn’t open in the evening out of season. Not clear from Expedia that second pool was closed out of season or that some spa facilities being renovated during our stay. Lovely room and good location and facilities. "

"We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end."

"Nice spacious room with tiny balcony. Room was cleaned every day. Good selection of food options at breakfast. Lovely indoor heated pool. Sauna and massages available at additional cost. Nice courtyard garden with seating by outdoor pool Staff attentive, though it would have been appreciated if reception staff better understood public transport and explaining best route to sights.
