"Friendly staff , Good breakfast and Great location close to Copacabana beach. However , the Gym requires refurbishment, equipment was well dated and getting into the room using the Magnetic stripe key card key card was also a nightmare. Otherwise my stay was relatively okay."

"I booked a ocean view room but when I arrived the hotel staff provide me a handicap room on the third floor with no view to the ocean; I complained and the changed me to another room on the same floor with view to the bar and pool ... I had complained and finally got the room I paid for.
Also, every single morning out of the 5 days the maintenance crew was banging and using electrical tools - I complained but no solution was offered.
The area where they serve breakfast was under maintenance also...

"From check-in to check-out every day, I had issues: one of my rooms wasn't set up with 2 single beds as requested. It took them 1 hr and 15 minutes to fix it. I had breakfast included, and they couldn't find the confirmation. Expedia apologized and offered a discount for the next time. The keys stop working the moment you step out of the hotel. The toilet seat and the towel holder were broken. Only fixes on my last day. The cleaning crew forgot to clean our rooms"

"It is located directly across from the beach. I like that. You must cross a busy highway to get to the beach. there are restaurants on the property. They do not offer inclusive meal plan. You can purchase food from street vendors on the beach side of the street. There is no night life and no shopping near.
