"I had to extend my stay by two days due to flight cancellations caused by the Iran War. I mistakenly hit the extend button three times for the same reservation. It was clear to all that a single person would not make three reservations for the same days. Anyway, the hotel refused to refund the mistaken and duplicated reservations.
