Unit had all amenities and it's own dedicated parking spot.
The unit was clean although I felt the floor could do with a once over with a steam mop or similar.
Good location too with a key to the back gate supplied for quicker access to the main street which included a big Woolworths supermarket and n RSL club amongst other things.
