"We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. We believe it was because we paid at a lower price six months ago and the current price went up. They over booked and they decided to cancel ours so I they can offer our rooms...

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees.
We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room.
Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close...

1) Excellent : Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, délicieux et personnel trÚs aimable et compétent au petit-déjeuner. TrÚs bonne expérience.
2) Bien : emplacement de lâhĂ©bergement Ă deux pas de la mer et espace des piĂšces adaptĂ© aux familles. Proche de San Vincenzo et autres villes/villages de la rĂ©gion.
