"Our suite was lovely for a Mother/Daughter M-F trip. Overlooked the pool on the 19th floor. Shops were very convenient especially to grab a coffee in the early morning. Staff was helpful, we didn’t need any help, but all friendly. The kiosk check-in is genius. We showed up at 12:45 pm and were able to get the keys to our room in less than 3 minutes. Wear comfy shoes, this “hotel” is huge but was helpful in getting to the Sphere without being in the heat the entire time. Highly suggest this hotel!"
