"This is a bigger hotel that seems to cater to business travelers rather than offering a European hotel experience. Lots of little amenities. Very clean and nice. Dining at the hotel was expensive. We left before breakfast opened but they put together a box breakfast that was very nice to have for our travels. 15 minute walk to the port. We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience.

"Ausstattung und Essen sind wirklich super. Eigener Strand mit schönen Liegen und Schirmen und Beach Bar. Die Lage ist auch super, nicht weit von Heraklion und perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Zimmer waren schön aber nicht wirklich besonders, Badezimmer etwas klein in den normalen Zimmern. Highlight ist die Minibar, die täglich aufgefüllt wird.
Das Hotel ist zwar kein Adults Only jedoch sind die weiteren Pools deutlich ruhiger als der Hauptpool, sodass man auch hier gut entspannen konnte"

"Super Nettes Personal, Anlage war grundsätzlich sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt und Handwerker haben kleineres schnell ausgebessert. Aufgrund des Urlaubs außerhalb der Ferienzeit war natürlich die Anzahl an Kleinkindern höher und man hatte öfters keine Ruhe. Ansonsten war der Kurzurlaub gelungen und die Anlage würde ich weiter empfehlen"
