"Overall we had a great relaxing vacation. The beach: very nice but some rocks we recommend wearing water shoes or go to the beach by the club side. Take a tour/ferry to St. John beaches in particular trunk bay . You won’t be sorry but bring snacks. The restaurants: we loved the Italian restaurant inside the hotel. Delicious food. I wish it was open for lunch as well. The rooms: little old need upgrades. Not sure how the club side rooms are but they look like they are better. Customer service: it is great they do their best to accommodate your needs . We had some issues with our room but they upgraded us and handle everything as expected . We definately recommend this hotel for a nice beach vacation and relaxation . Pools very clean . Take the sunset cruise it’s amazing ."
