"Everything was great! The resort amenities were fantastic, clean, and modern. The pools were amazing and perfect for families with kids. I loved the hotel. However, the ladies at the front desk on the day we checked in were a bit rude with us. I understand the hotel was busy, but they were the only team members who didn’t deliver a great guest experience. Communication was also very frustrating. It was not possible to reach an on-site property manager; instead, we were routed through a text messaging service with an off-site representative who was unable to effectively assist with our concerns. "We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror"

"The owner did not provide enough of the necessary items for a condo. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the amount of days booked. Washer and dryer did not worker properly. I sent request to fix but never showed up. Owner was very rude. We as always have left the property on time and cleaned the entire unit. I would never book here again my worst experience out of the 3 times I have been in Orlando. I think there are way better options and more affordable around Orlando."

"The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....
