"The property looks like it is closed when you arrive. It is actively under construction. Most the pictures in the online description are out of date and should be of a construction site. The breakfast was okay — I expected better. The room was okay. I’m surprised they are still listing it on Expedia. "

"There was nothing about the overall experience that warrants the cost. Apparent remodel / repair work on the property has dumpsters and materials out into the parking lot. Condition and quality of the property and room is average. Appeared to be a less fortunate, possibly homeless person, going through the repair materials / garbage in the parking lot, shouting and throwing things on the ground, approximately 30 feet from the front entrance, and I did not see staff come out to address it for the five minutes that I watched. Two blocks walk from where multiple tents and carboard shelters are set up blocking the sidewalks, so the general feeling of the immediate neighborhood is less than pleasant. A spill outside the front doors, and the crooked welcome carpet just inside the front doors appeared to go unaddressed for over an hour."

"This was an okay hotel. There were just interesting omissions. Normally when I get a suite I expect to get dishes, cutlery, etc. There were none of these things. I also usually expect a fully made bed. In this hotel, our bed had just a sheet. Everything else was fine."

"Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was descent. Pool was nasty. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but wish they would’ve noticed and cleaned it. We ended up not going in the pool at all. Breakfast was good. Good location. Right across from Costco."

"Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double Queen I had paid for. He then made another call and finally told the 3 of us remaining that there were no rooms left. All of us had paid reservations. It was 11pm at this point. He offered me a single King handicapped room which we had no choice but to accept and offered no refund. He had no explanation, offered no apologies and just kept repeating 'I just work here'. The hotel was absolutely filthy - dirty towels scattered in the hallway and the laundry room that was wide open left us questioning if any of our towels or sheets were clean. NEVER AGAIN. "
