"Everything was great, really loved how late the pool was open , the grands favorite place."

"the room was great for the price however the hotel does need updating. The room we occupied was okay but the bathroom ceiling had water damage in need of repair. The pool area was clean however the smell of bleach and chlorine immediately hit you upon entry and it also needs updating. But again for the price we paid the hotel was good, just outdated!"

People can see in your room at night with you light on from the beach and boardwalk. Maintenance was great had a microwave issue when I checked in. Maintenance was quick to respond. The front desk staff was not well trained, jesse jerome what ever his name was at check out was a idiot everything i ask i had to wait for the manager for a answer. I checked out early and went to a much better property"

"The property was as described, except for the AC not working when we arrived. There was not any advance communication about the air, though the property processed full payment prior to our arrival. We were provided the notice that the air was not working at the end of the check-in process. Additionally, we were advised that the air was fixed later in the evening but the room was still warm throughout the night. The next morning when I notified the front desk that the room was still warm I was advised that maintenance should have been by to reset the thermostat. The front desk staff reset the thermostat following my inquiry. Throughout our stay there were guest complaining about not having air. Communication and response to this matter was not handled properly."
