"Super clean smelled good very luxurious vibe"

"Location in the Entertainment District was outstanding. We walked to our event at the arena, dinner, etc. A few demerits: Beds are terrible, pillows equally bad, breakfast is great for young folks but not for diet restricted guests, the squeeze bottle soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner are inconvenient as you either get a flood of product or a drop (hard to control) and they smell bad. Bring your own! No in room coffee was a downer. On the plus side, best shower water pressure anywhere. Parking is shared with those who are attending events and gets crowded on weekends. Staff was pleasant. Not a place I would use again due to beds."

"The gentle men who checked me and my wife in was really helpful and nice. He asked what had brought us un to town and I explained it was our anniversary and wanted to go out have dinner and celebrate. He congratulated us and 15 min later he dropped off a basket for us with a wine bottle snacks and a card. This man went above and beyond. I just can't remember his name, But thank you for your hospitality"

"Upon arrival and letting desk staff of my service dog (I had already sent a message that she would be with me) a lady from a office came out to challenge me basically about the American disability act. Ignorance is a bliss for some. The noise from the floor above started at 2am & cont until at least 8am. The “locked security door” preventing non guest into hotel was wide open at 8 pm. The hotel room was clean as well as the grounds. No dishes, pans, etc provided. "

"The rooms were much larger than I thought they'd be and having an almost full sized fridge and having things like dishes there for us to use made it so welcoming."
