"Big Room with lots of comfort. Mattress was extremely comfortable and pillows were lux. We use the pool. It was clean. Bath was a roll in which I requested. It was huge. No issues. Carpet lean and the coffee bar well stocked. Nice choices at breakfast."

"Over all, the place was great! Only 2 complaints I have is that the WiFi was extremely slow, so if you need to work, use your hotspot, if you have it. And the water pressure was low. Other than those two minor things, the place was very nice, clean, and staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband, son-in-law, and grandkids did and they loved it. Will definitely stay there again."

"Off to a bad start when I was given a room that was not ready. When I went back to the desk the clerk was not there After a twenty minute wait, he finally returned. gave me a new room. The rest of the visit went well. and I was satisfied. This happened on a Sunday afternoon which may explain the staffing issue."

"The woman that was there to check me in was rude and unpleasant. However the rest of the staff, including the valet drivers, were nice. The room was okay (although for a river view room, the river was not visible). I wish the room had bottled water and/or snacks (in addition to having them available in the sundry). Great location, good price, nothing fancy."

"This is a nice property in a great location. Safe parking, safe property, lots of breakfast options. Very welcoming environment. The rooms were spacious and clean with fridge and microwave. The staff was ok when we checked in there was a lot of commotion and distraction due to the copier or something not working properly and the manager took a call while trying to get us checked in so he wasn't completely present which was annoying to me. Overall it is a decent enough property, and I would stay...

"The rooftop restaurant and bar is fabulous. The hotel is clean but very dated. They only provide daily cleaning if you request services. You have to hang a notice on the outside of your door with the things that you would like done checked off, like your ordering lunch at a hospital lol. The day I was going to check out however , they were banging on my door at 9:30. I was very annoyed. I told them I was still there packing up. Then they came and banged on the door again at 11! I couldn't...

"I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal."
