Lovely little hotel with rral personality and great service, wine and food. Beds (mattress) are a bit hard (but I find this in all Swiss hotels i have stayed in)

We stayed at Pappelweg overnight as we drove through Switzerland and this place was a wonderful B&B to stop and rest. The owners were very attentive and accommodating.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in terms of customer service. We stayed there as a family in June 2015 with small kids. We were amazed by the warm welcome ( complimentary drinks & food, tram tickets etc) and hotel staff made our stay a perfect one. Our room was quite spacious, we had 2 rooms with a bathroom and a balcony. It was very clean, even in my standards( I am very picky on the topic :-). Basic but did the job!

We were a group of 6 and booked a two-bedroom apartment for 2nights, which exceeded all our expectations. It had two huge king-size beds, a spacious living room, and a large, clean bathroom. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped if you wanted to cook. Honestly, we think we may have been upgraded because the apartment was far better than what we saw in the photos. If not, then the photos definitely don’t do the place justice—consider updating them on Expedia! The service was exceptional....
