"This hotel is beautifully located on the South Umpqua River. We loved the location. It was very beautiful and quiet. There is a big renovation going on, but the outdoor area looks lovely. We had good sleeps and it’s very convenient to get to. The staff were great."

"First time that the hotel was Ive seen full. Even then the hotel was a pleasant place to stay. I like the place for having 4 floors. It makes having a room on any floor easy."

"Parking was scarce the evening we arrived. Facility is old. Squeezable shampoo dispenser was hard to figure out. (Instruction should have been provided that piece at bottom needed to be removed.) AC smelled mildewy."

"They come around and clean the rooms every 3 days unless you want them to clean them sooner. The staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! What put it over the top was the White Gravy and Biscuits! I have never had that offered anywhere before and it was delicious 😋. While I was there they repaved the parking lot and they did a great job! All in all it was a fantastic place to stay! I will be staying there again every time I'm up that way!"
