"Filling breakfast both hot and cold offerings. Breakfast staff very efficient, hospitable, clean tables, well stocked with options. Evening staff member at check-in was wonderful. Smooth checkin , very informative of amenities, etc. "

"Unfortunately it was my first experience in this hotel but I got good deal from Expedia but they gave me a very bad room no balcony. Inside is too hot. I requested to change my room for these problems but they didn’t do that and they told me heritage building have air conditioner problem. Secondly, we requested rope shower towel but they didn’t give us more so we have to use wet towels. I’m not satisfied about my staying in this hotel. I hope they see my message then solve their customer service problems."

"Insufficient parking for all booked guests. Under major renovations that caused access problems on all floors. Staff had no regard for people having to park on the street instead of within the gated area and were rude about it. Gym can’t be called a gym with one piece of equipment from the 70’s and a cardio machine. No actual restaurant on premises."
