"They used fake Ai images to show amenities that were not there. Expedia refused to cancel the booking and so did the the manager after I confronted them. They later removed the images but Expedia continues to list the property and did not issue a refund. I will be filing FTC and CPB complaints"

"Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road. "

" The stay was lovely and the staff looked after us well. The room was beautiful and spacious we loved it. And the views, garden plus the environment was beautiful and quiet. It was home away from home✨"

"Food was good but music at night was too loud"
