The Glengower was perfect for our two night stay in Aberystwyth. Our room on the third floor provided a good night's sleep and was a good size, with a good bathroom. One thing to note is that there is no lift, so if that is an issue for you, you would be advised to go for a lower floor. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We took advantage of the excellent evening meal from the bar, which we ate on the terrace at the front with a sea view, but which could have also been eaten inside in a very pleasant area. The best aspect of the Glengower was the very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location right on the sea front. Lovely rooms and very comfy bed. The bedrooms and on suites appear to have all been recently renovated. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The only slight drawback is the parking - there isn't any. So, we had to risk parking on a random street away from the hotel. Also, the air vent for the kitchen extraction is like an aircraft engine blasting away right at the front of the building where the outdoor seating is.

This hotel was great for a couple of nights in Aberystwyth. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Beds were comfy.Food was great with the cooked breakfast being done to order; nice change. Plus the usual cereal/ croissant buffet for those that don't like cooked.Parking out front is restricted to just 4 hours from 8am - 8pm but we found it useful to park in the unrestricted parking in the street at the back of the hotel. You can access this st via the rear entrance of the hotel. Just a short walk away is the famous cliff railway which is well worth an experience. I recommend this hotel for a few nights in Aberystwyth.

A great hotel, in a great location on the sea front. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was on the third floor ( no lift) and was modern very clean and with a comfortable bed. There is a popular bar selling a wide range of beer and drinks. We had lunch which was also very good. We enjoyed the breakfast. To be highly recommended.
