POOR HOTEL UNAWARE OF RESERVATION
The staff had not receive our reservation and were not expecting us. I hope money was not taken off my account. I heard there has been a change of the hotel management so hopefully the services further on will be better. For us it was an extremely terrible experience and would not advice any paying guest to make a booking as it is right now

Nice hotel
Bij aankomst wist men niets van een reservering af. Aanvankelijk was het personeel niet erg behulpzaam.
Maar na tussenkomst van het management en lange telefoongesprekken met een medewerker van trivaco in Nederland werd ons een mooie kamer ter compensatie aangeboden.
Wel moesten wij de volgende dag de rekening alsnog betalen. we hebben de overnachting dus dubbel betaald.
Het hotel is mooi , schoon en ruim opgezet.
