I was put in a different room (one tier lower) than what I paid for. Not having a printout of the reservation or an I-phone operating in Nigeria, it took me time to find my email and correct the situation. Staff forthcoming when made aware of the issue, but it should all have been routine by now.

Rubbish Hotel and rubbish management

Absolute rubbish!!! Room and bathroom are filthy. Management have a serious attitude problem. We are 3 people ( 2 adults and a 2 y o) in a one bedroom PREMIUM room with a king bed and a sofa bed. Guess what .. NO sofa bed, so they gave us a filthy, stained mattress on the floor of the lounge. When booking, it was confirmed as 3 pax Bed and Breakfast, except the "Manageress" explained that you only get once breakfast with a one bedroom and 2 for a 2 bedroom and so on, its because we give it to Hotel.com cheap she confided and each extra breakfast is US$15. Absolute nonsense! Avoid this Hotel, it is a scam or a 419 or whatever else you would like to call it! If we hadn't paid up front we would have checked out after 15 minutes!!!!

Avoid, even under dire circumstances

This hotel is abysmal. I was treated poorly, the staff were rude, the room was horrendous and i was stolen for.

I've stayed here before, and the quality needs to be better maintained. Pool area not clean enough, too many mosquitoes in room, service a little slow, coordination with expedia not always good (didn't get breakfast on some days, as specified in reservation).

My booking was breakfast included but.............

They did not inform us what's included and insist on charging us everything we ordered for breakfast. It was horrible customer service. The high speed Wi-Fi is only in the restaurant, very slow or not even connected in the rest of the area. I will never go back to this place.
