"Stayed there for six days. Out of all the Restaurants for dinner only the buffet and one of the others were available and per the lobby unhelpful staff was because not enough guest in the property. Most of the wait staff in the buffet restaurant were not helpful to our simple needs . I’ve visited this property every year for the past eight years , I mentioned that to the lobby staff to see if this would make any difference in my stay for accommodations but, it didn’t and after this visit this...

"Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. "We stayed here after hiking the Santa Ana Volcano. We were able to use the thermal pools for our aching bodies and got a massage a the spa. The food was not great but the service was good. Crazy roads leading up to the hotel as well. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating and the pools were great."
