The people are very friendly, good price and very good location..minutes to el zocalo, an Oxxo right next door open all night. Didn't like the fact that the pool was not open. Still dealing with the affects of Huracan Otis.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of places to walk to nearby in Acapulco but some of the streets were a mess and was covered in rubbish, litter, and spillages. The hotel itself looked not as good as the photos on the Expedia hotel listing. The metal fences sounded the hotel were corroded and rusty. The bedroom ceiling was covered in black mould. The bathroom sink was covered in mold behind the taps. The toilet, the shower and the sink looked old. The shower head was corroded and rusty and it looked as though it had not been cleaned or maintained in years. There was only plug socket to charge your phone. The view from the bathroom faced a brick wall with heat pumps or commercial fan units between the hotel room and another hotel room across from me. The curling fan was not wired up correctly and did not function. The air conditioning unit looked old and the remote control for the air conditioning unit had a damaged LCD display. The TV did work but it had a circle spot on it where something had clearly damaged the TV. The hotel room smelt bad sometimes and the smell would only disappear after using the conditioning.

Staff was rude. There was cockroaches. The AC was leaking on the pillow. Staff did not want to change our towels each day. Mind you our stay was over 6 days. The toilet seat was no broken moving side to side.

Muy mal servicio muy cochino el hotel parece vecindad asqueroso lugar las albercas no sirven no me pude hospedar en esa porquería de hotel y muy déspota el que recibe parece casa abandonada Y más terrible que no me devolvieron mi dinero por la porquería de de hotel que están ofreciendo en fotografías se ve diferente a la realidad tuve que estar batallando para conseguir otros dignos y limpio y muy déspota la gente que está atendiendo feo feo feo porquerías de hotel y mal servicio por parte de expedia que no dan resultados y no devuelven el dinero son nefastas las comunicaciones con ellos quedé decepcionado tanto del hotel por mala información que dan fe o el hotel y de Expedia

Buen lugar para una estancia corta. Suficientemente limpio, y buen aire acondicionado. Igualmente la alberca bien. Lo único cuestionable son las fotos que tienen publicadas en el sitio web, pues ciertas partes del hotel ya no se ven para nada como en estas. En general bien, pues a fin de cuentas un hotel solo es para llegar a dormir.

El personal del Hotel fue muy atento todo el tiempo, la habitación la mantuvieron limpia, las dos albercas todo el tiempo las tuvieron limpias, es accesible el precio y te quedan cerca a 10 menos de 10 minutos dos playas, pasa el transporte frente al hotel y a una cuadra está el Oxxo, la 3B y hay lugares a dónde puedes ir a cenar en la noche. Lo único que faltaría sería mantenimiento, porque si hay humedad y le falta pintura al hotel, pero aún así cumple una buena función. Además cuenta con estacionamiento.

Al llegar , pedí una habitación en parte baja, era la económica que no tenía aire, ni TV.Yo estuve de acuerdo y pagué $4100, por 4 noches para dos personas.Al entrar olía a humedad mucho, la colcha manchada.Pedi que me la cambiaran, me cobraron $500 más, no me dieron ningún recibo.Y como no había devolución me quedé.
