"The room was gorgeous and spotless. Comfortable bed plenty of convenient storage. The front desk staff was outstanding: polite accommodating and clearly dedicated to the job. The bar was not open when I was there and there was no pool but it was ok, I did have a tub in my room. "

"Everyone at this hotel has always been very kind and provided great service. I have stayed at the Seaport hotel for the past four years when I come for the Boston Marathon.
Each year, I receive a $35 VIP credit to spend on food or beverages, and I have always used it at Starbucks without any issues. This year, however, I was told that due to company policy, the credit cannot be used at Starbucks, so I was not given the $35 credit.
I understand it is not a large amount, but since this benefit...

"Upon checkin we were informed that the air conditioning what not working. It was an extremely warm weekend and were were uncomfortable with night with the window open since there was no screen. The breakfast items did not look fresh, so we decided to eat outside of the hotel. Our room shower was old and when I stepped in it felt like I might fall through the floor. "

"Our family stay at Copley House was perfect! The room was spacious with all the amenities. Nice little kitchen area was perfect for morning coffee and tea.
The front desk was a short walk up the block and were ready to help with any recommendations we asked for about the area and things to do. This is the only place for our next stay this summer for our lovely 20 minute walk to Sox game at Fenway! Beautiful homes to walk by and area businesses!!! Thank you!!!"

"The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable.
Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice.
The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also...

"Last minute stay. Charged rate higher than quoted on phone. Expedia advertised rate was more than walk in rate yet said $20 less for members. Used $29 Expedia credit and still paid same as walk in rate. Amenity fee confusing. Really just forced parking charge. Room was pretty clean. Some hair in bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi too crowded to enjoy. Even though off season. Comfortable bed. Fireplace was nice. Street noise audible 24/7. Great location to walk to beach and restaurants. "
