The hotel itself is very tired and definitely not the star rating you give it. The hotel is lacking investment and management who train newer staff. That said, there are some members of staff who are exceptional and made the stay really enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff are exceptionaly friendly and helpfull - they go above and beyond expectations.The hotel is set in extensive grounds with lots of palm trees with a large pool to swim or relax by. The least epensive rooms are clustered in round chalet ype buildings set in pleasnt grounds. The more expensive rooms are in wings of the hotel near the pool. The breakfast is excellent by Ghanaian standards with a good selection including cook to order eggs and pnacakes - but it is expensive if not included. There is an extensive daytime and evening menu available with Ghanaiain and European food which is pretty reasonable quality but portions are too large for most people to finish. The gounds of the hotel extend to the endge of the sea but there is no direct access to the beach - its fenced off for security. To visit the beach you have to walk out of the front and along the main LA rd a short way - but reallt the hotel pool is much nice than the beach.

Overall stay was comfortable and not bad however I expected more from a 4 star hotel. The fridge did not work in my room even after replacement causing my food to spoil and bugs. The water was not hot even with the heater switch on.. just lukewarm. And they always ran out of towels at the pool in the middle of the day which was inconvenient. The rest was fine: WiFi, breakfast, scenery, friendly staff.

Enjoyed my stay

A very nice resort that gives off a boutique feel with the chalets. Stayed at a junior suite chalet and absolutely loved it. It features a full sized fridge and microwave tucked away in a fairly sized kitchen space. Enjoyed the continental/buffet style breakfast as well. The staff was very courteous as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend and would stay again if I had the chance.

Wow…such a beautiful hotel. It’s at the beach and also in a very convenient location . Not too far from city center and the airport. Just a few minutes drive. I love my stay here. I will always choose here over any beach hotel in Accra.
